With the Democratic National Convention hours away, a severe winter storm alert warning has been issued with temperatures heading below 10 degrees and with winds exceeding 45 MPH in Colorado. Storm clouds are beginning to take shape over the Rockies for what may be the biggest blizzard during the last century.
